Things you need look at before you commit to a Driving School:

Take time out to talk to the Instructor:

You can get an idea of their personality by talking to them and asking questions.   Always leave your name & contact details on answering services or ring them after hours.

Questions to ask:

Ask their pass rate percentage on the RTA test.

Does the Learner receive any paper work.

(e.g up-to-date on their improvements).

How many hours on average does it take their students to pass the RTA successfully.

(they should know, if they don't, ring another Driving School).

Always have communication with the Instructor.

If they don't like it - look for another one, the ball is in your court - you are the one with the money and the student.

Avenues Driving School, Toukley had the second highest pass rate on the Central Coast for the RTA test last year and that was done with an average of 5-8 hrs of driving lessons.
