"Spending
time with small business people enables
me to gain a better understanding of the
challenges involved. I now better realise
the long hours, depth of knowledge and
interpersonal skills involved with the
hairdressing and beauty industry for example.
With this understanding I can also do
my mob better. |
Pollies
for Small businesses is a program
the NSW Business Chamber organises to
help our local MP"s to understand
what it is like to work in small businesses
in their area.
David
Harris MP is our local member for parliament
and offered his time to work in two businesses
in Toukley. |
